We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. Town Togs does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We use information which we have received from our customers only to help provide you with better service and/or to track orders.

We are committed to providing our shoppers with the latest security features for our online store. Your personal information is encrypted and stored on secure servers. For your protection we offer only "secure" ordering when sending your credit card information over the internet.

We hope you enjoy your Town Togs products, and want you to be completely satisfied. But we understand that products are sometimes ordered in error, or do not meet expectations. In the event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, and you contact us by phone or within 30 days, we will accept a return, and will provide you with a replacement product or refund (excluding shipping & handling), whichever you prefer. If the return is a result of our error, shipping costs will also be refunded. All items returned for refund or exchange must be in brand new, mint condition.

We process your credit card in real time across a secure connection. We do not store your credit card details, to protect the security of your information.

Shipping & Handling
We ship standerd via UPS Ground, to street addresses only (no PO boxes); if you need your product sooner, please email or call us to place your order so that we can arrange for faster delivery. We do not offer customer pickup facilities or work with alternate shippers. We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. Delays occasionally occur when items are out of stock. We will notify you if order will be delayed beyond 5 days Please be sure to provide your phone daytime number and email address when placing an order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Sales Tax
State sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in New York state.

Prices and Availability
Prices shown and availability are subject to change without notice. If prices change, we will notify you of the change before processing your order. Some quantities may be limited.

Color Accuracy
We’v emade every effort to convey the accurate appearanc of our products. However, please note that due to variations in individual computers, the color of the products you receive may vary from the color you see on your screen.

While we make every attempt to display accurate information, errors do occur. and Town Togs, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, or photography. We reserve the right to refuse certain sell orders at our discretion.
